Iphoi.org (this "Site") is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Online Sales
You must be 18 or over to purchase works of art on this Site.
Individual computer monitors may display colors differently, we are not responsible for the color accuracy of any Works of Art displayed on the Site and Services, and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Works of Art sold on the Site are not returnable.
Shipping Service
We have preferred couriers to handle the delivery of your purchase. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder.
Copyrights of the works of art
All works of art displayed on the Site, including design, text, graphics, images are the exclusive property of iphoi.org and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may display, electronically copy, download, share and/or print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own noncommercial use.
Privacy Policy
When you sign up for a member or use our services, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, email address etc). We only use this information to process your order, provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services.
